ERP UAT Lead

A hands-on ERP functional lead or senior business analyst who has personally led end-to-end UAT, managed business users, driven defect resolution, and supported sign-off and go-live readiness.

Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on ERP UAT Lead to manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for an ERP implementation. The role will be responsible for UAT planning, scenario and script development, business-user coordination, test execution management, defect triage, progress reporting, and support for sign-off and go-live readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop UAT strategy, plan, and timeline
• Prepare end-to-end business process test scenarios and scripts
• Lead UAT workshops and user execution sessions
• Coordinate functional teams, SMEs, and business testers
• Track progress, defects, blockers, and readiness status
• Facilitate issue resolution and retesting
• Support final sign-off, cutover readiness, and go-live

Requirements:

• 7+ years of ERP / business systems implementation experience
• Proven hands-on experience leading ERP UAT (S/4Hana is a big plus)
• Strong understanding of business process flows across core ERP functions
• Experience with test planning, defect management, and stakeholder communication
• Strong workshop facilitation and business-facing communication skills
